Regina's Sullivan recently retired from her position at the US Customs House in Charleston, South Carolina.  While we knew some of her accomplishments, it took attending her Retirement Dinner to fully realize their scope and depth.  Share the admiration we feel in learning of her meteoric rise from GS-2 to GS-14, and the pride we feel knowing that "Hat Lady" is also on her resume.
