First stop:  Kiasma Museum of Modern Art.  Very refreshing after all the "old" stuff we have been seeing hanging on all those palace walls....

The huge flower on the left is composed of jelly beans!  Here is the close up.  It was all Archie could do to keep from sampling.  She loves jelly beans (almost) as much as she loves ice cream and frosting!

Much of the beauty and fun of the art work is that it is intended to be interactive

In these 3 frames, Jeff practices his (perfect) golf swing. They are considering making him part of the Exhibit.

This Exhibit is what it seems to be:  Brightly colored ribbons hanging close to one another in an @ 8' x 8' space

Look what happens to Archie's black jacket when she passes through....

Hmmm...that suit looks just like something Jeff would wear...

Rock Church (Temppeliaukio Kirkko)

What was once a solid rock was hollowed out to create a modern Church.

The walls are designed to let in as much light as possible

The back wall is still rock; the ceiling is circular and made of copper

Hats continue to make friends wherever we go.  This lovely Japanese Lady and her husband were on our ship. 

Amazing what the right hatitude can do
