HATS AT PARTIES

One of the simplest ways to have one of the best parties for "children of all ages" is to have hats on hand. Once the party gets going and people are loosened up, bring out the hats. Men and women, girls and boys will have more fun than you can imagine. Have cameras handy to capture the pure joy on their face and record the gales of laughter tHAT erupt.

A SPECIAL HAT PARTY

As we all know, there are people who must wear hats due to illness.  Consider making them a Hat Party where everyone brings the guest of honor all types of hats to wear.  It could be something attractive,  practical, and sensible to cover their head; it could be something wild, zany, and FUN to both cover the head and lift the spirits.

Of course, all guests should be similarly "topped off."  wHAT a meaningful way of using hats to turn  something one HAS to do into something one WANTS to do.

ANOTHER SPECIAL HAT PARTY

A mother was planning her son's wedding.  Since the bride's family lived in another city, she planned a "getting-to-know you-party" for the two families.  She asked each person to decorate a hat reflecting their personality, travels, occupation, etc.  It was the best ice-breaker, with everyone having a wonderful time!
