Begins at Broad and Meeting Streets. Continues South down Meeting to White Point Gardens.  Ends at 5 East Battery, The Palmer Home Bed and Breakfast.  11:00-11:30am. 

The public is invited to take a curb side seat and watch as this elegant procession of Ladies, gentlemen, children, and pets honors the tradition of hat wearing, while wearing ribbons in support of Child Abuse Prevention Month
