elegantly presented and served, and positively delicous

The 3 course menu was perfectly designed,

Sometimes it's the pictures AND words that are worth 1,000 words.

First:  The reaction to High Tea's announcement, then its confirmation:

I am in! And, I can’t wait. Thank you, thank you. Covid be xxxxed, we need a Hat Lady happening. I hope you get a turn out so this will be one a reality.

I’m sooooooo glad! This is always one of my favorite events so I’m very happy this is the one to propel us forward. See you then. Oh hatpy day indeed!

Now the reactions following what proved to be one of the best Hat-pin-ings of this year as well as our entire 19 year history:

I had a blast at the Tea.

Thanks for all you do to keep us united. It means so much to us.

We all had a wonderful time, just thinking about it is making me feel happy.

Thank you so much for arranging it and thank you for introducing me to some ladies I had never met before.

I am so excited.  High Tea is always special and even more this year!

Thank you again for getting us out of the house in a nice, safe, and cool space to look at some faces that were not our own.

Oh, what a beautiful tea!!  The hatsisters were so happy to be out of our cages and to be together again to have some fun...excitement was in the air.

Simply Marvelous! Having waited so long for something worthy of a HatLady event, this Tea was extra special in so many ways. Always a favorite, it really was an uplifting afternoon with just the best of “sisters”.

Thanks Archie, your first Tea was special I know, but this was one for the books as well, scones and lemon curd never tasted so good! With whipped cream on top. Cheers!!!

A Response from Chris Baggett, Manager of The Thoroughbred Club

Thank you so very much Archie - your kind words mean the world and will be passed along to the Team.

Wonderful pictures and the pleasure was all ours! Your loyal patronage is magical!

Take care and all the best - look forward to the 20th Anniversary next year!
