John's daughter, Jill, just flew in from Chicago, to join us for this special weekend

Drum Roll for a most special arrival and announcement

Now begin some of the most touching memories of Mom, Dad, and Motherhood

Patte comes to the rescue providing a hat for Jill accidentally left at home

John reflected upon his Mother

Jill's story stemmed from being a Mother

The stories ran the gamut from humorous anecdotes and one liners, to those whose Father raised them when their Mother died young, to those whose Mother experienced the trauma of divorce and pulled their daughters and themselves up from their bootstraps.

Brenda wrote:  "This Luncheon is my favorite of them all.  We mothers & daughters all have a story to share.  Some make us smile & laugh.  Some bring a tear to our eye.  We can learn from each one!

Time to start wrapping it up.

3 hats will always be better than one!

Maggie's smile sums it up for us all

"Bye"..but only for now.  More good times are on the horizon.

"Great Luncheon; great Ladies, great stories!
