For the second year running, Archie Burkel and The Hat Ladies of Charleston, South Carolina in the USA will be hosting a special luncheon for female ambassadors to The united Nations.  The Hats of the World Luncheon, which was featured in HATalk Issue 61, brought women from around the world, all wearing hats, together in New York City. This year's event, scheduled for January 19th, 2012 will bring them together again.
