REFLECTIONS from The Hat Dragons
It was such a great day, and aside from having a very sore throat, everything was perfect. Thanks to all of you and what you do. (And may I say...WE LOOKED FABULOUS)
We did better than last year and we have a lot to be proud of as a team. I love all of you and I think it is time for me to become a member of the Hat Ladies.
Just wanted to tell you that The Hat Dragons did an awesome job Saturday. I am so impressed with the dedication that you all have for the team.
Can't wait until next year!
Enjoyed the festival so; what a fabulous group of girls.
Despite the fact that every muscle in my body aches, my house is a cluttered mess with paddling gear, & silver glitter everywhere.....I can't keep from smiling when I think of what a fun, awesome day we had!
I just wanted to express my thanks for being such a caring group of ladies. I am so proud to be one of you. We did the best we could, and I think better than last year. I really feel like we got a lot closer this year, or maybe it is because I've now known you for more than a year. At any rate, thank you all for sharing in this awesome experience. We really are a TEAM.

I had an amazing dragon boat day. As a matter of fact it made my week. With the loss of my dog on Tuesday I did not know what kind of time I would have. Once again thanks so much for everything.
A fabulous time was had by one and all! It took a village, or team, to put it all together, and it all did come together beautifully . My thanks to all as well, for a job well done.
I cannot express how much I appreciate the hard work put into such a great event. Everything turned out wonderful! You guys are heroes. I think we did fantastic, and I was very proud to be a part of it. See you Wednesday, with bells on.
I have just come in and wanted to acknowledge all the hard work that was done by this terrific team. What an honor it has been to get to know all these special women. How proud I was to paddle with you all for the past 3 years. We have come such a long way in perfecting our stroke. I know we all wanted to place for our coach and captain, but we all took a gold metal in our hearts and souls! Thank you Archie, Sylvia,and team members for making yesterday so wonderful!
