The lines to get into the Anne Frank house stretch around and around the block. Fortunately we purchased our tickets on line and walked right in. |

The crowds are gathering along the banks of Nyhaven for the Sankt Hans Aften on June 23rd, a celebration of the summer solstice. Nestled within the greenery is a straw witch. The entire platform will be doused with gasoline and set ablaze as a tribute to the tradition of burning live witches in bon fires. |
